Overview

Our refund policy is closely tied to the cancellation terms outlined in the booking agreements. Here’s an overview of the key points:

Standard Cancellation Refunds:

Refunds are based on the timing of cancellation in relation to the scheduled departure:

• 61 days or more before departure: 75% refund of the total service amount (25% cancellation fee).
• 31 – 60 days before departure: 50% refund of the total service amount.
• 16 – 30 days before departure: 25% refund of the total service amount.
• 0 – 15 days before departure: No refund (100% cancellation fee).

Additional Notes:

Refunds may vary if certain service providers have stricter policies than those outlined by Honey Badger Namibia. In such cases, adjusted fees will apply based on the specific provider’s terms.
